Principal, Co-Founder and Head of Acquisitions

Prior to N3 Idan joined Venn City as Head of Real Estate where he oversaw acquisitions & asset management of more than 50 multifamily properties across Brooklyn, NY. Prior to that, while pursuing his MBA at UCLA Anderson, Idan joined the Investment team at The Ratkovich Company in Downtown Los Angeles, California, where he worked on the acquisition, financing, and disposition of multifamily and commercial assets throughout Southern California.

Idan holds a BA in Economics & Philosophy from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management

Principal, Co-Founder and Head of Operations

Prior to N3, Daniel was Chief Investment Officer at Cogress Capital where he oversaw an AUM of $400M in equity invested across more than 80 multifamily and commercial properties valued at over $1.3B. Prior to that, Daniel was COO at Danya Cebus USA, a subsidiary of Danya Cebus LTD (DNYA:TASE), one of Israel's largest and most successful construction and development companies, spearheading construction operations of 13 projects spanning over 1.5M square feet. Prior to moving to NYC in 2016 and joining Danya, Daniel was Head of Development for Bachar Group where he oversaw the planning and design process of over 30 residential development projects.
